Welcome to Journal Backpack, a website for those who have a curiosity and love for travel….

I have travelled to over 60 countries in my 36 years of life, collecting a vast amount of photos, videos and journals that I want to share with you here on this site.  I am a keen backpacker/traveller that is addicted to the pleasure of new discoveries, ancient history,  landscapes, diversity and stepping out of my comfort zone.  Even though I like a bit of luxury from time to time, I travel to a low budget which allows me to see more places for longer.  I only travel to places that truly and honestly resonate with my hearts curiosity, so that if I was never able to travel again, I would not regret the opportunities I’ve had.

I want you to see and feel travel through my eyes, and how I have learned through my travelling experiences.

My life passion is to see and understand the world that we live in.  With work and other life commitments in the way, I hope that I can continue to learn more about our world and to share my experiences with you.
